Questions

Before you ask.

Does artificial grass get hot in the Singapore sun?

It warms in direct sun like any surface, but premium Namgrass yarn is engineered to resist heat build-up, and a quick rinse cools it instantly. Shaded and indoor areas stay comfortable all day.

Is it safe for children and pets?

Yes. Namgrass is certified to the EN 71-3 toy-safety standard, lead-free and free of harmful heavy metals, with low-emission, GuT-regulated backing. Under play areas we add shockpads for certified fall protection.

How do I clean it?

Hose it down. The free-draining build-up lets water and pet waste pass straight through, so a rinse keeps it hygienic. Brush high-traffic areas occasionally and clear leaves to keep it draining freely.

Will the colour fade over time?

Namgrass uses UV-stabilised yarn made for harsh climates, so colour stays true for years. It's backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Can it go on concrete, balconies or rooftops?

Absolutely, that's what the drainage cells are for. They create a level, free-draining base over hard surfaces and protect the waterproofing beneath, which is why our turf works on slabs, podium decks, balconies and roof gardens.

Does water drain away, or does it pool?

It drains. The perforated backing and drainage layer clear heavy tropical rain quickly, so there's no standing water for mosquitoes, and the lawn is usable again within minutes.
