A 10-year warranty is only as good as the team standing behind it. Because we design, supply and install every layer ourselves, that team is one and the same, no passing the buck between a supplier and a separate installer.

What the warranty covers

The cover centres on the things that matter most in Singapore's sun and rain, colour and UV stability, held up by the quality of the turf and the way it's laid:

• 10-year UV & colour warranty — a manufacturer warranty against fading and UV breakdown over ten years.
• The whole installed system — turf, base and drainage, laid by one team, so there's no gap between "the product" and "the install".

How long your lawn really lasts

The warranty runs ten years, but a well-laid lawn keeps going well beyond it. With a proper base and quality Namgrass turf, expect roughly 15 to 20 years in our climate with only light care.

How to claim, and our commitment to you

A warranty is only worth what it is worth to use. Ours is four steps, and you deal with the same team throughout:

1. Message us on WhatsApp at 9388 8225 with a photo of the area and roughly when you noticed it. No forms, no ticket numbers.
2. You speak to the team that laid your lawn, not a call centre, and we tell you straight away what we think we are looking at.
3. We come and see it, because a lawn is hard to judge from a photograph and a small problem is cheaper to fix early.
4. We put it right. Where the fault is covered, the repair or replacement is at our cost, and we tell you plainly if something falls outside the cover.

We do not hide behind clauses or hold you to a queue. Our commitment is simple: if we laid it and it is covered, we honour it.

Keeping your warranty in good standing

There's very little to do, and none of it is hard:

• Light routine care — an occasional rinse and a brush-up to keep the pile upright.
• Mind the heat & sharp edges — keep BBQs, fire pits and sharp tools off the surface.
• No harsh chemicals — no mowing, watering, weedkillers or solvents needed.
