These terms govern your use of ibuild.sg and any quotation or work carried out by ibuild sportscape pte ltd ("ibuild", "we", "us"). By using this site or engaging our services you agree to them.

Use of this website

The content on this site, including text, images, project photos and branding, is owned by ibuild or its licensors and is provided for your information. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

Quotations & pricing

• Indicative until confirmed — prices and estimates given online or in conversation are indicative; a firm quotation follows a site measurement.
• Validity — written quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to a final site survey.
• Scope — work covers what is set out in your quotation; changes to scope may change the price.

Installation & workmanship

We design, supply and install every layer ourselves. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, site access and conditions beyond our control. Any material site conditions that affect the work will be discussed with you before we proceed.

Warranty

Our installations carry a 10-year manufacturer warranty on UV stability and colour, backed by the Namgrass GreenGrass quality label, subject to normal care. Full details are on our warranty page.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by misuse, alteration by others, or failure to follow reasonable care guidance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
