Ground near the old shoreline drains fast and holds little goodness, so natural turf thins out and goes patchy. A prepared base and premium turf stays even year after year.
Open sun and salt-laden wind
Sea-facing balconies along Amber Road and Marine Parade take full sun and constant wind. Our UV-stable yarn holds its colour, and we use stainless fixings and marine-safe adhesive where the salt reaches.
Narrow terraces and tight access
Joo Chiat and Katong shophouses often have a metre-wide side gate and no rear access. We measure the access first, carry the rolls in by hand and plan the seams so the joins never show.

Bare tiles became a green retreat.
Twenty-one square metres at The Archipelago in Bedok, laid in July 2026. It was a long, narrow balcony in plain tile that the family walked past rather than used. We laid premium Namgrass wall to wall so it drains straight to the existing outlet, and it became the outdoor room the apartment was short of.

Mr Wong, a specialist in artificial turf, did a great job in installing his high end Belgian turf at Bodmin Drive for my niece house in 2016. It has been 10 years, the grass is still in excellent condition and looks like natural grass. The best advantage is, it is maintenance free.
