A bare slab became a green terrace.
Thirty-four square metres at Gilstead Road in Newton, laid in August 2026 while the house was still on site works. The terrace ran straight out from the sliding doors on raw concrete, with planting beds down one side. We laid premium Namgrass tight to the bed edge so the green reads as one continuous lawn from inside the house.

Bare concrete and tile
A balcony or roof terrace is a hard, hot surface nobody wants to stand on. Turf over a proper base turns it into a soft outdoor room without touching the waterproofing.
Full sun and high wind
Above the tree line there is no shade and constant wind. Our UV-stable Belgian yarn holds its colour, and we fix the perimeter so nothing lifts in a squall.
Management approvals and lift access
Estates in town are strict about works, hours and loading. We prepare the submission, book the service lift and loading bay, and cut off site so there is no mess in the common areas.

Mr Wong, a specialist in artificial turf, did a great job in installing his high end Belgian turf at Bodmin Drive for my niece house in 2016. It has been 10 years, the grass is still in excellent condition and looks like natural grass. The best advantage is, it is maintenance free.
