Balconies and terraces with nothing green
Established condominiums in Clementi and Pandan Valley have generous balconies that are bare tile. Turf makes them usable without touching the structure.
Surfaces that take constant traffic
School fields, childcare decks and commercial grounds get used from morning to evening. Premium turf with the right pile stands up to it where a natural surface would be worn through in weeks.
Sun-baked open ground
Newer estates in the west have little mature shade, so open lawns brown quickly and budget turf fades. UV-stable Belgian yarn holds its colour through it.

Mr Wong, a specialist in artificial turf, did a great job in installing his high end Belgian turf at Bodmin Drive for my niece house in 2016. It has been 10 years, the grass is still in excellent condition and looks like natural grass. The best advantage is, it is maintenance free.
